Registration & Account

Create your account on 7565bet takes less than three minutes. Go to the registration page and fill in your full name, CPF, date of birth, email, phone number, and a secure password. Confirm your email — you'll receive it within seconds — and you're all set. No documents are needed to create an account; they are only requested before your first withdrawal, during the identity verification (KYC) process.

The 7565bet is strictly for users aged 18 and over. No exceptions. Age verification is carried out at registration via CPF and may be requested at any time through the KYC process. Any account identified as belonging to a minor is immediately closed, with data deletion and a full refund of deposits. If you become aware of a minor using the platform, contact support immediately.

No. The 7565bet allows only one account per CPF, email address, device, and IP address. Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or circumvent restrictions is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and results in the immediate blocking of all identified accounts, with possible cancellation of balances and bonuses. If you have lost access to your account, use the password recovery option or contact support — do not create a new account.

Go to the login page of 7565bet and click "Forgot my password". Enter your registered email and you will receive a reset link within minutes. The link expires quickly for security reasons, so use it as soon as it arrives. If the email doesn't appear in your inbox within 5 minutes, check your spam folder. If you still haven't received it, contact 24-hour support via the live chat on the platform or by emailing suporte@7565bet.net.

KYC stands for "Know Your Customer" — identity verification. At 7565bet, the KYC process is required before your first withdrawal or in specific situations outlined in the Terms of Use. You will need to submit a clear photo of a government-issued ID (RG or CNH) and a recent proof of address (within the last 3 months). Review is typically completed within a few hours during business hours. This process exists to protect you and ensure no one can make withdrawals from your account without authorization.

Log in to your account on 7565bet and go to your profile settings. There you can update your email, phone number, address, and password. Some changes — such as updating your primary email — may require email confirmation or an additional security check. Full name and CPF cannot be changed after registration, as they are linked to your verified identity. If you need to correct an error in this information, please contact support.
Deposits & Withdrawals

The 7565bet accepts all major payment methods available in Brazil: Pix (instant credit), boleto bancário (processed within up to 3 business days), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Elo), PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfer from any bank — including Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil. The fastest option is Pix, with the balance appearing in your account within seconds of payment.

The minimum deposit at 7565bet is R$ 20.00. This amount applies to all available payment methods — Pix, boleto, credit/debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED. There are no additional fees for deposits. The maximum amount per deposit may vary depending on the method chosen and your account verification level; check the latest limits directly in the deposits section of the platform.

Pix withdrawals at 7565bet are processed within 5 minutes in most cases, provided your account is verified (KYC approved) and the balance consists of real money — not bonus funds. During peak hours or for higher withdrawal amounts, processing may take slightly longer. Withdrawals can only be made to a Pix key linked to the CPF registered on your account. If processing takes longer than expected, contact 24-hour support.

For standard withdrawals via Pix, the 7565bet charges no fees. The amount you request is the amount that lands in your Pix key. For other withdrawal methods, check the specific conditions in the withdrawals section of the platform, as variations may apply. Keep in mind that the KYC process must be completed before your first withdrawal is released.

Pix deposits are usually credited within seconds. If the balance does not appear within 15 minutes, check whether the payment was actually debited from your bank account. If it was, save the payment receipt with the transaction ID and contact 7565bet via the 24-hour chat or at suporte@7565bet.net. For boletos, wait the processing period of up to 3 business days before contacting support.

No. For security and fraud prevention purposes, the 7565bet processes withdrawals exclusively to Pix keys or bank accounts linked to the CPF of the registered account holder. Withdrawals to third parties are not permitted under any circumstances. This protects you against unauthorized access attempts to your account balance.
Bonuses & Promotions

The welcome bonus at 7565bet is automatically credited on the first deposit for new registrations — no need to request it, no special code required. The bonus amount can reach up to R$ 500.00, depending on the amount deposited. The bonus is available for use on eligible Sports Betting and selected slots. Before converting the bonus into real withdrawable cash, you must meet the rollover requirement described in the promotion's Terms and Conditions.

Rollover is the wagering requirement you must meet before you can withdraw bonus funds as real money. For example, if the rollover is 10x and you received a R$ 100.00 bonus, you will need to place a total of R$ 1,000.00 in wagers on eligible games before the bonus balance converts to real money. At 7565bet, the specific rollover conditions — including the multiplier, expiry period, and which games count toward the requirement — are detailed in the Terms of each promotion, accessible in the promotions section of the platform.

The weekly cashback at 7565bet returns a percentage of your net losses over the course of the week. The percentage and conditions may vary based on your level on the platform and any active promotions during that period. Cashback is automatically credited to your account at the start of the following week. To check your eligibility and the current promotion details, visit the promotions section inside your account on 7565bet.

The most common reasons for bonus cancellation at 7565bet are: requesting a withdrawal before completing the rollover, bonus validity period expired, violation of the terms of use (such as betting on games excluded from the bonus conditions), suspected misuse (multiple accounts, for example) or account self-exclusion. If you believe your bonus was cancelled in error, contact 24-hour support with the full details of your situation for review.
Sports Betting

The 7565bet covers a wide range of sports with a focus on the Brazilian market: football (Brasileirão Série A, Série B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Champions League, Premier League, and more), volleyball, basketball (NBB and NBA), MMA and UFC, tennis, e-sports, and others. Available markets include match result, Asian handicap, total goals, first goalscorer, both teams to score, and many more — with both pre-match and live betting available for major events.

Live betting on 7565bet allow you to bet while a sporting event is in progress, with odds that update in real time as the action unfolds. To place a live bet, go to the sports section of the platform, select an event marked with the "Live" icon, and choose your desired market. Keep in mind that during high-activity moments — such as goals, dangerous fouls, or momentum shifts — odds may be temporarily suspended for updating. This is normal and does not indicate any technical issue.

Bets may be cancelled on 7565bet for a few reasons: the event was cancelled, suspended, or postponed; an obvious odds error occurred that needed to be corrected; the event could not be completed as expected (an abandoned match, for example); or the bet was placed on a market that was subsequently suspended. In the event of a cancellation, the full staked amount is returned to your account balance. If you believe your bet was cancelled in error, contact support with your ticket number.

Parlay betting at 7565bet lets you combine two or more selections from different games on a single ticket. The odds of each selection are multiplied together, significantly increasing the potential return — but every selection on the ticket must be correct for you to win. For example, if you bet on three Brasileirão matches with odds of 1.80, 2.10, and 1.65, the combined odds would be 1.80 × 2.10 × 1.65 = 6.24. A R$ 10.00 bet would return R$ 62.40 if all three selections win.
Casino & Games

The 7565bet offers more than 500 casino games across multiple categories: video slots with progressive jackpots, live casino with real dealers (European roulette, blackjack, baccarat, game shows), classic and American roulette, crash games, bingo, and more. Games are provided by internationally recognized developers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Evolution Gaming, and others. All games are audited and certified to ensure fair, random outcomes.

RTP (Return to Player) is the theoretical percentage of total wagers that a game returns to players over time. A slot with a 96% RTP means that, on average, for every R$ 100.00 wagered, the game returns R$ 96.00 — but this is a statistical value calculated over millions of spins, not a guarantee per session. Slots at 7565bet have varying RTPs, generally ranging from 94% to 98%. The specific RTP for each game is usually available on the game's info screen, accessible via the "i" or "?" icon within the game.

The live casino at 7565bet uses HD video streaming, so a stable connection makes a real difference to your experience. For uninterrupted gameplay, we recommend a download speed of at least 4 Mbps — most 4G and home Wi-Fi networks in Brazil meet this requirement without any issue. If you experience buffering or video quality drops, try closing other data-heavy apps, moving closer to your router, or switching to a different network. The game automatically adjusts to your available speed, reducing video quality if needed to maintain the connection.

Crash games are a game type where a multiplier starts at 1x and climbs progressively until it "crashes" — drops — at a random moment. You need to decide when to cash out before that happens. If you cash out before the crash, your bet is multiplied by the value shown at the moment you withdraw. If the crash occurs before you cash out, you lose the amount wagered. At 7565bet, crash games are audited by verifiable algorithms that guarantee the randomness of each round — no result is predetermined.
Responsible Gaming

The 7565bet provides five core Responsible Gambling tools, accessible directly from your account settings without needing to contact support: deposit limit (daily, weekly, or monthly), loss limit, daily session time limit, voluntary break (from 24 hours up to 6 months), and self-exclusion (from 30 days to permanent). Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases have a 48–72 hour waiting period to prevent impulsive decisions.

Self-exclusion can be requested directly in the Responsible Gambling section of your account at 7565bet. Select "Self-Exclusion", choose the period (minimum 30 days, up to permanent exclusion) and confirm. The block takes effect immediately. During self-exclusion, the 7565bet also removes you from all marketing communications. Your available real balance can be withdrawn before the exclusion takes effect. To reverse the process before the deadline, a mandatory cooling-off period applies. If you prefer to do this through support, the 24-hour chat or suporte@7565bet.net are available.

Yes. The 7565bet monitors usage patterns that may indicate problematic behavior — such as repeated deposit attempts following consecutive losses, unusually long sessions, or a sudden increase in betting volume. When these patterns are detected, the platform may display automatic alerts, and the support team may proactively reach out to offer the available Responsible Gambling tools. This monitoring is in place to protect users and is carried out in full compliance with the LGPD.

The Responsible Gaming of 7565bet covers everything: how to use each responsible gaming tool, warning signs of problematic behavior, an 8-question self-assessment, minor protection information, and the platform's commitments. If you or someone close to you needs support, Portuguese-language support is available 24 hours via the platform chat or at suporte@7565bet.net — no judgment.

Yes. The 7565bet offers Brazilian Portuguese support 24 hours a day, every day of the year. You can access the live chat directly on the platform — the icon appears in the corner of the screen when you are logged in. For non-urgent matters, you can also write to suporte@7565bet.net. Accounts may be blocked at 7565bet due to repeated failed login attempts, a self-exclusion request, a pending security verification, or an investigation into suspicious activity. Contact support at suporte@7565bet.net with your account email and a brief description of the situation. Our team reviews each case within 24 hours and will guide you through the next steps. For self-exclusion blocks, a mandatory minimum period must pass before reactivation is possible.

The 7565bet uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections and transactions — the same standard adopted by banks and financial institutions. Passwords are stored as irreversible cryptographic hashes, meaning even the internal team cannot access the original value. The platform fully complies with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Lei 13.709/2018) and never sells personal data to third parties. The system also monitors suspicious login attempts and sends email alerts whenever access is detected from an unrecognized device.

Everything you need to know about 7565bet in one place

The 7565bet receives hundreds of questions from Brazilian users every day — about how to deposit via Pix, how long withdrawals take, how the welcome bonus works, which games are available and much more. This FAQ page was built from those real questions, organized by category so you can find the right answer without wasting time.

One of the most common questions is about the withdrawal process. At 7565bet, Pix withdrawals are processed in up to 5 minutes for accounts with approved identity verification (KYC). KYC — which only requires a government-issued ID (RG or CNH) and proof of address — is requested before your first withdrawal, not at registration. This means you can create your account, make a Pix deposit from R$ 20.00, and start playing right away, with no upfront paperwork.

Another common question is about the welcome bonus at 7565bet. The bonus is credited automatically on the first deposit — no code required, no need to request it. The amount can reach up to R$ 500.00 depending on how much you deposit. Before withdrawing the bonus balance as real money, you must meet the rollover requirement specified in each promotion's terms. The rollover exists to prevent system abuse — it requires the bonus amount to be wagered on eligible bets before it becomes withdrawable.

Regarding Sports Betting, the 7565bet covers all the competitions Brazilian fans follow: Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Champions League, UFC, volleyball, NBB basketball, and e-sports. Odds are updated in real time and you can bet live during matches — opening up strategies that aren't available with pre-game betting. To maximize potential returns, many users combine selections into multiple bets (accumulators), multiplying the individual odds of each chosen market.

When it comes to the casino, 7565bet offers more than 500 titles — from slots with progressive jackpots to Live Casino tables with Portuguese-speaking dealers, streamed in HD 24 hours a day. Crash games have been especially popular among Brazilian players for their simplicity and the ability to cash out before the crash. All games at 7565bet are provided by audited and certified developers, with publicly declared RTPs.

Account security is a legitimate concern for any user. The 7565bet uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all transactions and fully complies with the LGPD in managing the personal data of Brazilian users. One important reminder: never share your password with anyone, including people who claim to be part of the 7565bet. The platform will never ask for your password by email or chat.

If after reading this FAQ page you still have questions, the fastest option is the Portuguese-language support chat — available 24 hours a day, every day, directly on the 7565bet. Our team responds within minutes, with straightforward answers and no red tape. For less urgent matters, suporte@7565bet.net works just as well. No question is too small to be answered.
